The bad econmic health of states, GA # 21 of 30

The health of individual states is important because the United States' recovery from the Great Recession depends heavily on the degree to which states emerge from their economic doldrums. But the actions needed to repair finances in the 10 most vulnerable states -- think higher taxes and lower government expenditures -- could slow down the entire nation's economic recovery.
The immediate problem, and the one dysfunctional states like California, Rhode Island, Arizona, Michigan, Oregon, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Wisconsin and Illinois, are dealing with, is the requirement that they balance the budget every year. States are forbidden from running deficits. That doesn't mean they can't borrow money to fill the holes. It just means that for every dollar that goes out, whether to debt payments, pension obligations, education, welfare or Medicaid, there must be a corresponding dollar coming in.
But if all states have to balance budgets, why are some in such terrible shape?
Simply put, the states in the most trouble have put off difficult decisions for decades. They have not been willing to finance expenditures with tax dollars. They did not put aside money in "rainy day funds" like many of their healthier neighbors. Instead, they kicked the can down the road by borrowing money, making accounting adjustments, and making promises to change things in "the future."  Add one recession to the recipe and you end up with a handful of states that may be past the point of no return.

Greek Riots

Thursday's protests come a day after a massive demonstration that the liberal Eleftherotypia newspaper described as an "address by the people." But the rally degenerated into violence, with several hundred black-clad demonstrators pelting riot police with chunks of marble, paint and gasoline bombs. Police responded with volleys of tear gas and stun grenades that reverberated across the Greek capital's main square.
The clashes continued sporadically into the night in the back streets near Syntagma, where protesters set fire to piles of garbage festering on the streets after a strike by municipal workers.
Authorities said 50 police and at least three protesters were injured in the clashes.
The second day of the general strike Thursday was disrupting public transport and left ships docked at port, schools and customs offices closed and state hospitals running on emergency staff. All public services were shut, while lawyers and prison guards were among those staying away from work.

Greeks Protest Austerity

Greeks Protest Austerity

10/19/11

Greeks Protest Austerity – cuts in welfare, loss of food and rent subsidies, loss of unemployment benefits, grants and other free goodies. Austerity is just a nice way of saying: no more free lunches.
When austerity comes to America, and it surely will, we will see the grandmother of all protests. We will see deadly riots, food shortages, empty store shelves, looting, failure of law enforcement, and martial law will be declared, constitution will be ignored, your guns will be confiscated, failure of local government services. wholesale closing of banks. I have seen these things happen throughout the world in my 30 years of international travels. It is time to think about survival.
Do not make the mistake that some people of New Orleans made. Even in the face of massive flooding, they wouldn’t budge. The Jews of Germany couldn’t believe they would be carted off to the gas chambers either.
I know that America is complacent, only 32% of Americans even bother to vote. When you and your family are hungry and homeless, you’ll wish you had voted.

Presidential Candidates baggage - Perry

10/17/11

Presidential Candidates baggage
Governor Perry – Is the father of TTC, Tran Texas Corridor   (NAFTA super highway). The bill enabling TTC passed Texas Legislature June 2003. This bill was written after a referendum on revision of Texas Constitution had passed by 65%. The voters were deceived by the way the referendum was written. When the bill passed that authorized TTC, the voters practically rioted. Finally, after years of grief TTC was defeated. Texas would have given up its sovereignty over this corridor.
This corridor would have cut a swath across Texas, then all the way to Canada. one quarter mile wide, taking 584,000 acres by imminent domain. This was the biggest land grab in history, costing billions. It would have been paid for by toll roads on it, and other Texas roads.
Perry is a globalist, he would not think twice about giving up America’s Sovereignty.

Regional Commission, a conspiracy

October 10, 2011
Whenever public policy is developed by government-funded advocacy groups, administrators, or bureaucrats, there can be no accountability to the people. Private property rights are eroded and individual freedom evaporates.
The RDC, renamed Regional Commission, had to be renamed because of charges of corruption, is now called RC. Comes to the Grady County Planning Commission and spends time with them developing zoning regulations, and strategy for implementing, and brain washing them. The planning commission recommends to County Commissioners for zoning. The local news media and some commissioners claim wide public interest. There is virtually no public interest on giving up private property rights with zoning regulations. The Regional Commission gets paid by assessment of about $1.00 for every human in Georgia. Then the local government pays further for everything that RC does for them. Finally, a majority, 3 commissioners vote to kick off events, public hearings, etc. Notice here that citizens had nothing to say about this. Public meetings serve no purpose, except if a vote is taken. I don’t believe regional commission can prevent a vote. I can tell you this, it is not intended that a vote be taken by the regional commission, local media, and three commissioners in the majority. Come to the public meetings and vote if you value whatever constitutional freedoms that remain.

Zoning Regulations of farmland and entire county - a curse

The United Nations Conference on human settlements (Habitat 1) was held in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1976. This conference established the United Nations policy on private property rights and produced a document that became the blueprint for comprehensive land use planning; consequently Grady County got sub-division regulations in 1988. Today, three Grady County commissioners, Childs, Ball, and Davis plan to vote in zoning regulations to complete the globalist plans on our private property.
The preamble to this land use planning report declared that:
Land…. Cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principle instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice…. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable…..

Law enforcement fusion centers

“Police State” – NEW!
Premieres Fri, November 12 at 10P
It’s been said the government has a plan to declare martial law and round up millions of United State citizens into concentration camps. Jesse may have found a conspiracy in plain sight as he investigates the proliferation of law enforcement Fusion Centers around the country. And they may be connected to hundreds of detention centers ready to accept prisoners at the stroke of a Presidential pen.
Please wake up America
